RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE 

At Bir Gems, each piece is crafted with care. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a genuine quality issue, we’re here to help.

Return

  • Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact
  • product image is required for verification before approval
  • Return pickup will be arranged after approval; return shipping is chargeable

Buyback Policy

Select jewellery pieces are eligible for buyback, subject to inspection. The buyback value will be based on the prevailing market price after applicable deductions. Original invoice is required. Final value will be shared post evaluation. The brand reserves the right to approve or decline any request.

Refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method
  • 15% deduction (excluding GST) will apply
  • Refunds are applicable only for:

    • Quality-related issues

    • Incorrect items shipped

    • Orders lost in transit

Repair

Jewellery repairs may be available at an additional cost. Charges depend on the nature of the work and will be communicated after inspection.
